If your booking (new or exisitng) is affected by government restrictions related to COVID-19 you will be given the option of moving your booking to another date or to receive a full refund. As a small business, for existing bookings we would of course prefer you to move dates, but we do understand that this may not always be possible. Please contact us to discuss your booking or to make an enquiry. We are accepting new bookings from 4th July onwards in line with current government guidelines and timeframes.

When we are allowed to open our properties to our guests once more, there will be some obvious concern about cleaning and hygiene policies in our houses and where applicable our shared spa facilities. There are a number of organisations across the self catering sector that are working hard behind the scenes with government bodies in order to create a hygiene certification scheme for companies such as ourselves to follow. This will ensure that certain standards/systems are being adhered to and we will of course subscribe to the standards laid out in this scheme as and when they are made public.
